I received a damaged product. What should I do?

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, we will replace it (But please understand that this is your local post service fault). There are 2 steps to notify us of the damaged product.

1.      Send an email to with the subject line “Damaged Product”. Provide a high resolution image of the damaged product along with your name and order number. We will respond and ship a replacement out to you within 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

2.      Return the package with it's original packaging to our shipping address below:

I placed an order but selected the wrong color/product. What should I do?

Orders are handled automatically by our system, if you purchase a wrong colour/model, you have to wait until you receive it, send it back to us and we will send you the correct one.
